Ciara McAllister, singer-songwriter, pianist, and producer, began as a classical pianist and made her way to the rock-and-roll scene in San Francisco. A professional musician, she is a songwriter, keyboardist, and producer for San Francisco rock band, Hidden in the Sun, a project that blends rock, blues, folk, and electronic music and has released albums in 2012 and 2023. In 2021, she released an album with her solo project, To Shimmering Light. She is also the founder and owner of McAllister Music Studio, a music school and recording studio in SF.

Laura Buch is a singer-songwriter and pianist who has recorded songs for her solo project, including Girl on the Train, The Middle, and Beg Him Back.

Ciara and Laura met in the music community in San Francisco, centered around McAllister Music Studio. The duo began collaborating in 2023, and are currently writing, recording, and producing their first album. Their sound has been compared to London Grammar, Aurora, and Rhye and their music intertwines the messages of empowerment, joy, and hope. They are excited to release their debut album at the end of 2024.
