MMS Young Artist Feature 2022

We are so pleased to invite you to our very first MMS YOUNG ARTISTS FEATURE!

This past June, seven of our incredible young artists recorded at the legendary Tiny Telephone Studio in Oakland, CA. With the help of Beau Sorenson (Audio Engineer), Nowell Valeri (Videographer), and Ciara McAllister (Producer), we have captured these dynamic performances in this very special environment and are so excited to share them with you on Sept 9th!

This recording session was a truly inspiring experience for our young artists, each of them recording in a professional studio environment for the very first time. Watching them hear the sound of their own voices and their own playing in such pristine form was absolutely the highlight of my year. I can’t wait for them to have the experience of watching their incredible performances live, knowing their MMS community is watching alongside them.

This Youtube Premier will feature selections by The Rolling Stones, Debussy, Big Star, some original pieces by our young singer/songwriters, and more!

MMS is proud to offer scholarships to students with various levels of need and resources. If you feel inclined to donate to our scholarship fund, 100% of your donations will go directly to paying for a portion of a student's tuition. Donation is never expected, please only donate if you are able.
